Proper placement of plastic barb on bottom of xSystem
Advisory Note
Some customers have been inserting the barbed connector too far into the bottom of the xSystem, this puts strain on the pump and internal seals and can cause leaks from the bottom of the unit.
Below is the plastic barb fitted to the delivery tubing and ready to fit to the bottom of the xSystem
Correct Fitment below - you should still be able to see the square section of the barb.
