The customer also uses the holes in the swingarm to route the delivery tubing.
European Models
Locate the correct pipe to use as a feed for the vacuum connection and then add the T piece and Vacuum Elbow
USA / Non EVAP Models
For USA / Non Evap system equipped models an additional part must be purchased from Harley Davidson for a vacuum connection.
Part 5 - Breather Bolt (Part No. 29400419) must be purchased to replace part 15 - Blanking Bolt. 
With part 15 installed the supplied 6mm Grey Vacuum can be connected for your vacuum feed.
Handy Tip: If you feel the 6mm connection is too tight, Heat the 6mm Damper in hot water for a few minutes which will help it fit easier.
