vSystem
Our vacuum operated vSystem is the original mechanical system which started the company in the 1980's. Below is a visual guide of vSystem reservoirs (RMV) and how to operate your system.
Standard + Micro vSystem (RMV) reservoirs shown.
This video will help to show you how to check the operation of your vSystem and how to restart its operation if the reservoir has ran dry. Our visual operation guide handbook can also be viewed HERE.
xSystem
The xSystem is our simple electronic system and was launched in 2018 with it being in the middle of our range of chain oiler systems.
Please note the operational differences:
The X1 (X-001000 > X-010399) used an oil pump to control oil flow with 5 flow rate settings.
Both the X2 & X3 (X-010400 onwards) are a gravity fed system controlled by a solenoid valve with 15 flow rate settings (3 levels of 5).
Standard + Micro xSystem shown.
Our videos below show how to fill and prime your X2 + X3 and an explanation of the 15 flow rate settings.
Note: If you have an X3+ (X-023900 >) the optional app for additional settings via Bluetooth is available to use if you wish but is not necessary for operation. Please CLICK HERE for the Bluetooth guide.
eSystem
The eSystem was launched in 2010 and is our top of the range electronic system controlled via a display mounted on your handlebars. The display shows your reservoir oil level, flow rate, when your system is actively oiling and the sensitivity setting of your system which can be changed to alter when your system starts oiling.
eSystem V3.1 display (Left) + eSystem V1 + V2 display (Right) shown with reservoir (REP).
Our video below walks through the menu's and driving screen on the V3.1 display. The guide for the V1 + V2 display can be found HERE.
